What to Expect

Our process for reviewing video applications is simple. Everyone at ACME takes a look (or has a chance). 


All it takes is one person in ACME to nominate your video and then... we all are looking for a way to bring you on the team.


This can can take a few days or a few months. Either way we will provide feedback through the entire  process.

Why Don’t You Have a Job Board?

First, job boards are lame and require maintenance. 


If we believe you will add value, we will find something for you to do. 


We also believe in purpose and if your purpose is to help us bring truth to storytelling. You’re in. 

Do You Need a Title?

Everyone’s title at ACME is Director.  Will that work? It does for us. 


Well, everyone except one person here. She wanted to be called Supreme Commander. We ran with it.

The Point is...

We’re a flat organization. Nobody here cares about titles. We care about producing profound content. 

You Eat What You Grow!

At the end of the day, every project at ACME has its own lifecycle. The best way to stay busy is to bring in projects, multiple projects.


If you have a project that would add value to our library,  you have a foot in the door. If it is fully or partially funded, we will find a way to support you onward, upward and beyond.
